Accessing a company's website can be challenging for individuals with disabilities, each of whom may have unique needs. Our website is built on Zoho Sites, which Zoho states is built to be WCAG 2.1 AA compliance-ready — including accessible default color contrast, accessible menus and navigation, and accessible form fields out of the box. Reaching full compliance also depends on how a site is built and maintained, so we take the following steps ourselves:

Color and contrast. Where we've customized our color scheme beyond the platform defaults, we verify that it maintains sufficient contrast for readability, rather than assuming customization is automatically compliant.

Images. We provide descriptive alt text for images on the site, so that screen reader users and others who cannot see an image still receive the information it conveys.

Links and buttons. We add descriptive titles to buttons and descriptive text for links and anchors, rather than leaving them unlabeled or using generic text like "click here," so their purpose is clear out of context. We endeavor to ensure that links are clearly underlined as well as presented in a different color.

Navigation and forms. Menus and form fields on Zoho Sites are accessible by default. We endeavor to make navigation understandable through clear structure and labeling. If a link opens in a new tab (e.g. for an affiliate link to an external website), it is our general policy to indicate this. Please let us know if you encounter any navigation issue that could be improved for you.

Video captioning. Videos we produce include English captions/subtitles. Note that these captions may be produced by AI transcription. We endeavor to edit them for accuracy, but their accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
